Keyforge Nationals at d20 Watford!
The Championships will be split over 3 days in August. We will be running the National Alliance Championships on Friday 21st, The National Sealed Championships on Saturday 22nd and the National Archon Championship on Sunday 23rd.

Welcome to the Keyforge UK National Championships! We are thrilled to once again be hosting the UK Premier Keyforge event! This will be a mega weekend of all 3 Competitive Formats being ran across the weekend
The Championships will be split into 3 days. We will be running the National Alliance Championships on Friday, National Archon on Saturday and National Alliance Championships Sunday.
Event Schedule
Friday 21st – Alliance
12:00pm – Doors open, player and deck registration will be happening as people arrive.
12:30pm – Registration closes, event orientation and announcements, pairings given out.
12:45pm – First round pairings begins!
Rounds will be played using a swiss system up to 5 rounds then we will cut to top 8.
There will be a break offered to top 8, then top 8 will play single elimination brackets, with the final being a timed best of 3 to determine the winner.
We will be running side events to be determined.
Saturday 22nd – Sealed
This event will be a 3 deck Sealed event. You will receive 3 decks, and you are to construct your deck using the individual house pods of those 3 decks. You will be permitted to change your pods around in between rounds, but you can only use pods from the 3 decks provided. These decks will be Draconian Measures.
12:00pm – Doors open, Player Registration will be happening as people arrive

12:30pm – Deck Construction begins.
1:00pm – First round pairings begin
Rounds will be played using a swiss system up to 5 rounds then we will cut to top 8.

We will be running side events to be determined.
The end of the event is dependent on many factors like turnout and round lengths, but we are aiming to be completely finished by the very latest 9pm

Pricing & Prizes
Tickets for Alliance and Archon are £15 each. Sealed is £50 (this includes the cost of the decks). Spaces are limited so please book as soon as possible to ensure your space. The entry to all side events is a sealed Draconian Measures deck for the prize pool.
We are a relatively small venue, and as such can only fit so many people. Once we are fully booked there is nothing we can do to add more. If you turn up without a booking it is likely that you will be turned away.
Prizes
The prize support will be from the Nationals prize kit, however we will be throwing in a couple of extra decks and raffle prizes too. The winners of 1st and 2nd place of each event will also receive an invite to the KeyForge celebration at Gamezenter Roseville Minnesota in November. We’ll share more details about the prize kit when we have them.
Our Venue
We are an independent Board Game Cafe that places it’s focus on community and inclusivity. We have a full menu of food and drinks available, including many Vegan/Vegetarian/Gluten Free Options. There will be a selection of accessories, Sleeves/Deckboxes and (Hopefully) Decks to purchase on the day.
