Room Rental Watford
Room rental guarantees no-one else will be seated in your area, however people will still need acess to the board game library, retail area, bar and bathrooms. Whole Venue rental means we close the cafe to the public for your whole time slot.
Watford – Front Room
Sits up to 40 people.
4 hour slots at either 12:00 or 18:00
£350 (reduced rate £250 Tuesday-Friday before 17:00)
Watford – Back Room
Sits up to 30 people.
4 hour slots at either 12:00 or 18:00
£300 (reduced rate £200 Tuesday-Friday before 17:00)
Watford – Whole Cafe
Sits up to 70 people.
5 hour slots at either 12:00 or 18:00
£700 + £500 minimum spend on food and drink
No minimum bar spend if booked Tuesday-Friday at 12:00.
Room Rental Uxbridge
Uxbridge – Middle Room
Sits up to 15 people.
4 hour slots at either 12:00, 16:00 or 18:00
£150 (reduced rate £75 Monday or Friday before 17:00)
Uxbridge – Back Room
Sits up to 12 people.
4 hour slots at either 12:00, 16:00 or 18:00
£95 (reduced rate £50 Monday or Friday before 17:00)
Uxbridge – Whole Venue
Sits up to 35 people.
4 hour slots at weekends either 12:00 or 16:00
£350 + £200 minimum spend on food and drink

Buffets – Hot and cold sandwiches or pizza, chips/tots and small plates. £12.50 per head
Kids meals – Goujons or a burger with chips/Pizza or goujons with tots and your choice of squash £7.50 per head

Whether you want to run an epic Dungeons and Dragons campaign, have your own Pokemon tournament or Mod a tense game of Werewolves we xan find the right GM for you. Prices start from £85 for 4 hours.
