You are the town of Larkspur's last defence against a reanimated army commanded by the Lich, a powerful undead demigod. Defeat four waves of undead horrors to survive the night.

1-8 Players

Each player needs their own copy of the game, or can substitute in a standard deck of cards, some dice and a few tokens.

15-30 Minutes

Setup is quick and easy, with entire games playable in under 30 minutes, even with 8 players.

For Ages 8+

While Lich's Horde is intended for a mature audiance, there isn't any adult content. If your younglings like rolling dice, they'll love Lich's Horde!

GAMEPLAY SUMMARY

Survive the night against 4 Waves of Undead Terrors

Summon a Wave

Reveal the 4 undead monsters of the wave, and in later rounds their mentors (teaching the monsters different skills and traits). Deal an amount of armour based on the monster type. Monsters can be enraged and armour enchanted if you're unluck.

Player Phase

Roll five dice and spend them to damage armour. Brittle armour soaks up damage up to its defence while durable armour only falls to a die matching its weak-spot. Keep up to two dice in reserve for next round, or lose any unused ones.

Monster Phase

Surviving monsters deal you damage, and their mentor given skills and traits activate. Your items partially recharge and a new player phase begins.

Rest & Loot

Clear a wave and you draw three previously defeated monsters as loot, converting one of your choice into an item. Recharge your inventory and roll to heal before the next wave descends.

Know Thy Enemy

Skeletons

The bulk of the undead, whilst numerous they rattle and are easy to kill with little armour.

Zombies

Tis a misconception they just want your brains, they want your spleen, kidneys and liver too.

Ghouls

Rough hide and big bitey teeth make this monstrosity a danger to watch out for.

Wraiths

Half way between corporeal and ethereal, and upset about it. Much more than a grumpy ghost.

Armour Cards

Destroy all of a monster's armour to defeat the monster. Each monster carries a unique item, except Wraiths, who just carry your doom.
