THE SALES PITCH
What your store gets
Footfall Planned in Advance
Home fixtures are scheduled by you and the captains. You know weeks ahead when ten players and their spectators are walking through the door.
New Out of Town Customers
Away teams travel to you. Most have never seen your shop, your singles cabinet or your kitchen. They will after a fixture.
Even More Regular Regulars
Your new team is going to need somewhere to practice. Rival players may want to scout out and go against what your team members are playing in your Nexus Nights / Cups.
Spend Where You Want
Registration is free and theres no membership fee. If you want to incentivise your players, you're welcome (and encouraged) to do so however you want - branded merch, store credit, booster packs, whatever suits you.
REQUIREMENTS
What you need to host
A Play Space
It doesn't have to be the shop floor, but you need tables and seating for 10 players across 5 concurrent matches for up to 2 hours, with room for spectators and 2 judges to observe.
Facilities
Drinks available including free water, and toilets. People are here for two hours after a train journey.
Food would also be great, but not required.
Low Fees for the Players
Your players are going out and representing your store out of their own pocket, so lets keep that cost as low as we can. We have a common courtesy agreement to keep the cover charge, game time fee, or whatever you'd normally charge as low as feasible. For the players & judges, spectators can be charged normally.
A Little Patience and Flexibility
Traffic happens. Give the away team some leniency on the two hours and keep communication open with their captain.
Sometimes plans will fall through, lets always try and reschedule a fixture before claiming a win by default.
No team of your own? You can still register purely as a venue, hosting fixtures on neutral ground for teams that are too far apart to travel to each other.

Your Store Details
Name, address, spectator capacity, preferred days for home and away games, website link and your facilities.
Find Your Five+
Five primary players, up to five secondaries, at least one judge and a captain to speak for the team.
